Most consultants hand you a strategy.
I hand you the thing.

Project management. Data management. Product development. Designed, built, documented, and handed over working.

The problem

You already know what to build. Nobody built it.

Ask a consultancy what they do and you get a capability list. Then a discovery phase, a stakeholder round, a maturity assessment, and finally a deck. A very good deck.

And then you are alone with it.

The deck tells you what to build. It does not build it. The gap between a recommendation and a working thing is where most initiatives quietly die — not because the strategy was wrong, but because nobody was ever going to actually do the work.

I do the work.

What I do

Three lines. One spine.

i

Project Management

I take the thing that has to happen and make it happen — scoped, sequenced, governed, delivered.

You receive: a delivery plan that is real, a backlog that moves, governance that holds, honest status, and the thing itself.
ii

Data Management

I make your data usable — structured, trustworthy, and answering the questions leadership actually asks.

You receive: a data model, clean pipelines, reporting that works, dashboards people open, and definitions everyone agrees on.
iii

Product Development

I take an idea and build it into a working product — specified, designed, built, documented, launched.

You receive: requirements, architecture, a working product, documentation, and an operating model to run it.
The proof

A nonprofit needed an operating system. Here is what shipped.

The platform itselfin build

Built in weeks. By one person.
It runs.

Bless the Youth prepares students for careers in healthcare data and technology. I designed and built the whole operating system — and I teach the curriculum myself. You do not have to take my word for any of this. Open it.

How this works

Three shapes. I will tell you which one you need.

Advisory

A senior person in the room who has done this before. For when you have a team but need judgement, structure, or an honest outside read.

Fixed-scope build

A defined thing, built and delivered. Scope, timeline, and price agreed up front. Most of my work lives here.

Build the plan, then run it

You know the outcome you want but not how to get there. I define the initiative — scope, sequence, governance, timeline — and then I deliver it.

Every engagement produces an asset you keep and can run without me. If you cannot run it without me, I have not finished.

Who

I have spent twenty years building the things other people recommended.

Delivery leadership, data, quality, product, and projects. Provider, payer, government, and insurance — via Metro Nashville Government, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Elevance Health, and more.

I am direct. I do what I say I am going to do. I will tell you when you need less than you asked for, and I will tell you when a plan will not survive contact with reality.

And I root for the underdog, because I am the underdog.
